Duncan Art Studio has been an active part of the Tomé/Adelino/Belen communities for 14 years. Terry Duncan is the owner/artist. She graduated from UNM with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Art and Anthropology. The studio has many functions. There is pottery on the wheel and studio classes. Additionally, Wine and Paint , pottery or painting sales are provided. Studio art classes are designed to promote self-expression, problem solving and a sense of accomplishment. We do four shows a year: The Duck Stamp Contest, NM Arts and Crafts Fair, Bosque Farms Fair, and Dia de Los Muertos at The Tomé Art Gallery. Independent projects are encouraged alongside the studio’s curriculum.
