Fine Art Starts offers after school classes for K-8 students during the school year, fine arts camps in the summer, artist residencies and collaboration with public, private and charter schools. Small group, top-notch instruction in drawing, painting, printmaking, illustration, manga and cartooning, mixed media and clay sculpture. Fine Art Starts is an approved 501(c)3 organization as well as a Foundation 11 Art School and relies on tuition and donations to operate programs. The program has become more mobile and accessible to schools in the Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties. Experienced , professional artists and educators go directly out to schools and outdoor locations to share the joy of art with kids.
