Igimo Art Station provides a comfortable and non-competitive atmosphere where student artists of all ages can experience the joy of creative expression while developing formal drawing and painting skills. Starting with students as young as four, we are honing-in on developing observational and fine motor skills through exercises that train the eyes to see with more focus. Our eyes transfer information to our brain which tells our hands what to draw - a skill that can be learned and developed by anyone. Our step-by-step, guided instructional approach suggesting that all images can be broken down into simple pieces, like a puzzle. From these pieces, we encourage students to create a complete work of art using various media.
